Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

For all the website products, once sold, no return, exchange & refund are allowed.

Kubis and Kale served the right to decide for any return, exchange & refund request. 
Return, Exchange & Refund request will only accept under reasonable condition, for example if items are spoiled, wrong items received.  

Normal priced items are returnable within 7 days from your invoice date.

Return items must be in original condition, consumed not more than 70%, or defective merchandise with all original label attached to the merchandise. Return item must be in the original packing. Exchange is strictly subject to stocks availability.
 

If the store does not have any more stock, you may wait until they are able to source additional stock of the desired product. 

Exchanges may apply for the same product of, or for different products that serve the same function at the same price. 

Exchanges are only applicable to same item purchased; no value top-up will be allowed for exchanging others value.
We will not accept merchandise that has been consumed, used, altered, damaged or defective other than manufacturing defect.  In other words, incomplete, damaged, consumed, soiled or altered returns, or anything we reasonably believe has been used or consumed, will not be accepted. 

All Sales and promotional-priced items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange.  We reserve the right not to accept returns or exchange received after 7 days of the invoice date. Moreover, we reserve the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet our return & exchange policy. You are required to pay the shipping cost for all returns.

Exchange/ Refund Procedure:

Kindly email your request to meikee@foodteq.my with the product details, supporting documents (invoice, order confirmation, and etc.), state clearly the reason of exchange. Our customer service will attend to your request and provide further guidance.
 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can only be canceled/ if the item has not been prepared and not shipped out. 

 

REFUND POLICY

Refund is only applicable if product exchange is unavailable/ out of stock/ discontinued.

If you are entitled to a refund, please expect at least 14 days for the refund to be processed.
